Welcome to Mkety.com. Below are the legally binding terms for our Academy, Software Development Services, and Trading Tools. By accessing our platform, you agree to these terms.
01. General Terms of Service
1.1 Preamble
Welcome to Mkety.com ("Company", "We", "Us"). By accessing our website, purchasing our software, hiring us for development, or enrolling in our Academy (Physical or Online), you ("Client", "Student", "User") agree to be bound legally by these Terms. If you do not agree, strictly do not use our services.
1.2 Nature of Services
- Software Development: Custom web, mobile, and desktop applications.
- Trading Tools: Trade copier software and algorithmic trading utilities.
- Educational Academy: Training in software development and financial market analysis.
1.3 High-Risk Investment Warning
Trading Forex, Crypto, and Commodities involves substantial risk. We are software developers and educators, NOT licensed financial advisors.
No Financial Advice: You acknowledge that Mkety.com provides educational content and software tools only. We do not provide personalized investment advice.
Software Risks: Trading software (Bots/Copiers) operates over the internet and is subject to failure, latency, and broker errors. You accept full responsibility for any financial losses incurred while using our tools.
02. Student Enrollment Agreement
2.1 Strict Non-Refundable Tuition Policy
By enrolling, you acknowledge that tuition fees cover intellectual property, seat reservation, and server access. Once payment is made, NO REFUNDS will be granted under any circumstances, including "change of mind," "personal hardship," or "dissatisfaction."
No Chargebacks: Initiating a bank chargeback after accessing our materials is considered fraud and will be prosecuted under the Cybercrimes (Prohibition, Prevention, etc.) Act of Nigeria and relevant international laws.
2.2 Non-Transferability
Single User License: Your enrollment is personal to YOU. You may not resell, transfer, or "gift" your slot to a friend or family member. Sharing login details will result in an immediate, permanent ban without refund.
2.3 Misconduct & Zero Tolerance
Mkety.com reserves the right to expel any student (without refund) for:
- Harassment of staff/students
- Disruptive behavior
- Illegal cyber activities
- Defaming the brand
03. Software Development Agreement
Applies to clients hiring Mkety.com for custom apps, websites, or bots.
3.1 Scope of Work
Mkety.com agrees to deliver the software strictly as described in the attached Invoice/Proposal. Any features not listed in the original agreement are considered "Out of Scope" and will require a separate fee.
3.2 Indemnification & Liability
The Client agrees to indemnify and hold Mkety.com harmless from any legal claims, damages, or losses arising from the Client’s use or misuse of the delivered software. We build the tool; you are strictly responsible for how you wield it.
3.3 Payment Terms
Standard terms are 70% Upfront and 30% upon Completion. Once coding has commenced, the deposit is non-refundable to cover developer time and resources.
04. Trade Copier / SaaS Terms
4.1 "As Is" Warranty
The Mkety Trade Copier is provided "as is." We do not guarantee profit, 100% uptime, or zero latency. Broker-side issues (slippage, requotes, execution delays) are beyond our control and are standard risks of algorithmic trading.
Automatic Renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled 24h before due date via portal.
No Prorated Refunds
Canceling mid-month stops future billing but does not refund the current month.
05. Illicit Use Policy ("Safe Harbor")
Neutral Technology Provider
Mkety.com is a neutral technology provider. We accept NO liability for how you use our products.
For Development Clients
We build software based on your specifications. If you use our code, scripts, or apps for illegal activities (including but not limited to fraud, money laundering, hacking, or unauthorized surveillance), Mkety.com bears zero liability. We will cooperate fully with law enforcement agencies if a valid subpoena is issued.
For Academy Students
The skills taught (Coding, Cybersecurity, Trading) are for educational and career purposes only. Mkety.com is not responsible if a student uses this knowledge to commit cybercrimes, fraud, or financial malpractice. You are solely responsible for your actions.
06. No Refund Policy
ALL SALES ARE FINAL
Due to the digital nature of our products (software, online courses) and the immediate access to intellectual property, we strictly do not offer refunds for:
