To provide our educational, development, and trading services, Mkety.com collects the following data:
- Personal IdentityName, Email, Phone Number (for Academy & Client verification).
- Trading DataMT4/MT5 Account IDs (for Trade Copier service). We do NOT store your broker passwords.
- Payment InfoTransaction References via Paystack/Flutterwave. We do not store raw credit card numbers.
- Device DataIP Address and Browser type for fraud detection.
2. How We Use Your Data
- To verify your identity before enrolling you in the Mkety Academy (KYC).
- To connect your trading account to our Master Copy Trading system.
- To process payments and send invoices for Software Development services.
- To prevent fraud, multiple account abuse, and illicit use of our code.
3. Storage & Security
Your data is stored on secure, encrypted servers (AWS/Vercel). We employ industry-standard SSL encryption for all data in transit.
NDPR Compliance: For our Nigerian users, we adhere strictly to the Nigeria Data Protection Regulation (2019). We do not sell your data to third-party advertisers.
